Shipping Info

We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your shipping needs. Please check the shipping options at checkout for specific delivery options and fees. No C.O.D. orders can be accepted.

We currently ship to only Singapore. We will update on international shipment.

We provide island-wide delivery in Singapore, except for certain restricted or remote locations/areas. We are unable to deliver to the following restricted locations/areas: Airports, Shipyards, Powergrid, Remote Tuas Industrial areas, Military Camps/Areas, Protected Areas, Singapore Prison Quarters, Airbase sites, Changi Airfreight Center, Changi Cargo Complex/Alps Avenue (Free trade zones), Jurong Port, PSA Terminal/Wharves, Jurong Island and other offshore islands like Pulau Ubin.

Please note that the posted shipping time frame, if provided, may vary from item to item. The posted shipping time frame is contingent upon credit card approval and may be delayed should we experience difficulties in obtaining authorization.

Return Policy

SKLO Pte Ltd accepts returns of unused and undamaged items (except those on promotion) within 10 days from receipt of delivery. Items must be returned in the original packaging, including any boxes and other packaging materials. All returns are subject to approval by SKLO Pte Ltd, Please contact us at info@SKLO.com.sg before you return any item, our staffs will reply you with return instructions.

Before your parcel leaves our warehouse, it is fully checked and controlled by our packaging team. If you receive a parcel which is damaged, please notify the courier while receiving the parcel. Unless you do so it will be difficult to prove the item(s) was damaged in transport and the claim may be accepted at our discretion. If you receive an item(s) which is damaged, please contact us immediately providing photographs of the damaged item(s).

For an item to be eligible for return, the following must apply:

  • Item must be unused and undamaged.
  • Item must have all original tags attached.

All products in promotion are not eligible for Return, including free shipping promotion. 

We do not offer cash or credit card refunds. 

Any returns are only eligible for refund when we receive the item. You will bear the costs of shipping the item back to us.
