SENSORY EVALUATION A golden yellow wine with excellent viscosity. The aroma is intense, with notes of yellow fruit, lime blossom and vanilla. The taste is juicy, fruity and reminiscent of citrus, yellow apple and apricot. Finishes with firm acidity and mineral saltiness.
RECOMMENDED BOTTLE AGEING 3-6 years
