SENSORY EVALUATION Crystal clear wine of yellow-gold colour, good viscosity. The aroma is clean, intense, full of dried apricots, vanilla and herbs. Spicy taste reminiscent of yellow apple, gooseberry, apricot kernel and grapefruit. Long finish with typical mineral saltiness.
RECOMMENDED BOTTLE AGEING 10-13 years
